The second season of the Doodlebops will begin airing on December 12, 2005 on CBC in Canada. USA will be a month behind, so January for the states!

Different commericals have been aired on CBC the past few days about a drawing contest for the Doodlebops.
You can view a short clip of the Doodlebops telling the kids about the contest. It was flimed at the bus tapings a couple of weeks ago. Sadly there is no sound, but better than nothing! Click here. (Thanks to Rickie for the clip)
Now, here's some infomation on the contest. All you have to do is draw a picture of your favorite Doodlebop, or all three, then send it to CBC kids. The due date is October 21st, 2005.
They will be drawing 50 names and the winners will recieve a CD and two DVD's, signed by the Doodlebops.

Another new episode for the US fans! "Glad Sad Bumpy Grumpy" will be aired on Disney, October 7th at 11:30AM!
The Doodlebops invite their fans to an autograph session to celebrate the end of taping of the second season of their hit CBC and Disney TV show. The session will be held on Saturday, September 24th, 10:00AM, at The Living Arts Centre (4141 Living Arts Drive, Mississauga, Ontario). The session is outside so please dress accordingly.
The eBay user "newdisneydvs4u" (awigglesfan@yahoo.com) has posted an
auction for information regarding the exterior shoot happening September
24 & 25 in Mississauga. This information is in no way classified, and
anybody interested in attending this shoot as an extra is encouraged to
contact claire@doodlebopcentral.com.
This user has also posted numerous unauthorized Doodlebops items in the past. Please be aware that none of the products are official merchandise. Official Doodlebops items, including CDs and DVDs, will be available very soon!
Join the Doodlebops as they film the scenes exiting Bob's Bus and entering into the Theatre. It will be held on September 24th and 25th at The Living Arts Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. Check in time will be 10:00 AM. This is your last opportunity to be part of the tapings for Season 2.
What to wear: Bright solid colours. This means: no logo's, no prints, no stripes or polka dots, no plaid. If you have a favourite Doodlebop, they would love to see you dressed like them. Please note that the filming is outside, so dress comfortably for the weather (Don't forget comfortable shoes). There will also be a cooling station inside.

For the US fans, the episode "All Together Now" will finally be aired on Disney, September 26th at 9AM!
There is going to be a mall tour throughout Canada this fall. Dates and locations will be announced later. Also, this winter there will be a concert tour in Canada. At this time there is no information on any visits to the US.
The first album will be released in Canada on October 25th. Two DVD's may come out then as well. At this time there is no date for a US release.
Merchandise will be available next year at all the major outlets.
